重频电磁脉冲对氢闸流管触发影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以氢闸流管栅极触发电路为研究对象,建立了共地耦合干扰模型,并进行了栅极共地耦合电磁干扰研究,实验在重复频率电磁脉冲(EMP)环境下进行。结果表明,重复频率电磁脉冲的传导干扰对氢闸流管的触发系统产生影响,其数量增多与间隔减小均使误触发的可能性增大。对比理论分析与实验结果,认为电磁脉冲的数量增多与间隔减小均可导致传导干扰增强从而使氢闸流管误触发趋势增大。 For the of electromagnetic pulse(EMP), an experiment considering the hydrogen thyratron's grid trigger circuit was carried out to study the electromagnetic interference on grids of hydrogen thyratron under two different conditions of suspension and common grounding. The results show the electromagnetic interference of both hydrogen thyratron's grid had strongly existed in the two different conditions and mainly comes from space electromagnetic radiation and common grounding coupling; aiming at the triggering reliability of hydrogen thyratron under the repetition-frequency EMP environment. The output experiments of hydrogen thyratrons with different quantity and interval of the repetition-frequency EMP were respectively carried out. The results show that the output of the hydrogen thyratron is affected in both cases, the possibility of hydrogen thyratron incorrect triggering is increased by the increased quantity or the decreased interval of repetition-frequency EMP. Comparing the experiment results and the theoretical analysis, it is concluded that this phenomenon is caused by the enhancement of the interaction coupling which is due to the cumulative effects of repetition-frequency EMP and the enhancement of repetition-frequency EMP 's high-frequency component.
