基于恒导通时间控制的自驱动PFC的研制

摘要 采用恒导通时间(constant on time,COT)控制技术,研制了一台160 W的功率因数校正(power factor correction,PFC)装置,简化了电路的结构,实现了开关管的软开关,提高了电路的效率;在此基础上,引入电荷泵电路,实现了电路的自驱供电,省去了辅助电源的设计,讨论了变换器的工作原理,并给出了相应的实验结果。 A 160 W power factor correction (PFC) converter based on constant on time(COT)control technique was proposed, the structure of the circuit could be simplified, soft-switched of the power switch was realized and high efficiency of the circuit could be achieved. Then, self-supply network by employing charge pump eliminated the design of auxiliary power supply. Finally, the principle of operations was discussed briefly and the relevant experimental results were also presented.
