摘要 设计了一款以单片机C8051F020为主控芯片,采用端口扩展技术和Zigbee无线组网技术的开关电源老化监控系统。通过8组16选1的芯片用来分别实现128路电压和温度的采集以及继电器的关断控制,能够实现较低代价的大规模扩展;通过Zigbee模块将上位机、主控板和通信子板联系起来,并以Modbus协议为格式来传输数据和命令,并通过上位机软件实现数据显示和老化命令设置。现场调试表明:系统可检测到0-50 V的电压和0-125℃的温度,检测精度分别为0.01 V和0.1℃,且功耗低、效率高、成本低,可以满足工业生产的要求。 Based on port extension technology and Zigbee wireless networking technology, a power aging monitoring system with C8051F020 MCU as the main control chip was designed. 8 single 16-channel multiplexers wereadopted to collect 128 voltage and temperature, control shutoff of relay and expand on a large scale without much effort. By combining the upper machine, the main control board and the communication board, Zigbee module could transmit Modbus protocol format data and commands. Also, the upper machine was able to display the data and aging command set. The field debugging results show that the system has low power consumption, high efficiency and low cost, which can detect voltage range of 0-50 V and temperature range of 0-125 ℃ with accuracy of 0.01 V and 0.1℃ respectively, and can meet the requirements of industrial production..
