摘要
磷酸铁锂材料已成为最具发展潜力的锂离子电池正极材料之一。针对Li Fe PO4的电子导电率低和锂离子扩散速度慢这两个缺点,综述了磷酸铁锂材料在元素掺杂、表面包覆或修饰、通过降低粒子尺寸改变其充放电机制以及寻找固溶体等方面的研究进展,对磷酸铁锂未来的发展方向进行了展望。
Li Fe PO4 material has been one of the most potential cathode materials for Li-ion batteries. But, Li Fe PO4 material has two fatal disadvantages: low conductivity of electrons and slow diffusivity of Li-ions. In order to improve these disadvantages, various measures were adopted, such as the element doping, surface coating or modification,changing charging and discharging mechanism by reducing particle size, and finding solid solution. The specific methods were reviewed and the future development direction was proposed.
