链接桥防治磨牙区垂直型食物嵌塞的效果观察

Effect of link bridge in the prevention of vertical food impaction in molar area

目的探讨链接桥对磨牙区垂直型食物嵌塞的防治效果。方法选取我院及协作单位2011年10月至2013年10月接收的磨牙区垂直型食物嵌塞患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用传统修复体治疗,观察组采用链接桥修复体治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后牙间隙变化及治疗后12个月的治疗效果与满意度。结果观察组患者治疗优良率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前牙间隙差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均有改善,观察组治疗后6、12个月牙间隙同对照组比较均明显较小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗满意率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用链接桥修复体治疗磨牙区垂直型食物嵌塞,疗效确切,可有效缩小牙间隙,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of link bridge in the prevention of vertical food impaction in molar area. Methods One hundred patients received vertical food impaction in molar area from October 2011 to October 2013 in our hospital were selected as the study objects, which were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional treatment, and the experimental group was treated with the link bridge repair. The change of interdental space before and after treatment, the clinical effect of treatment and satisfaction degree after 12 months of treatment were observed. Results The excellent and good rate of the experimental group was 94.00%, significantly higher than80.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The interdental space had no statistically significant differences before treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）, but it was significantly improved after treatment in both groups. Compared with the control group, the interdental space of the experimental group after six and twelve months of treatment was significantly smaller（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of patients of the experimental group was 96.00%, significantly higher than 84.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Link bridge repair body has significant clinical efficacy in treatment of vertical food impaction in molar area, which can effectively reduce interdental space, improve patients＇ satisfaction degree, and is worthy of promotion.
