应用TOPSIS法评价医院抗菌类药物用药质量

Effect of TOPSIS method in evaluating the quality of antibacterial drug use in hospitals

目的探讨应用逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法对医院抗菌类药物用药质量的评价效果。方法从中央民族大学医院选取2011-2015年合理使用的抗菌类药物数据作为研究对象,并按年度进行评价。评价总指标有7项,包含平均住院时长、抗菌药物使用百分率、抗菌药物使用总费用、药品总费用、抗菌药物费用占总药物费用百分率、出院例次以及抗菌药物平均费用等,并采取TOPSIS法对医院抗菌类药物用药质量进行评价。结果该医院抗菌药物的用药质量2011-2015年呈上升趋势,且2015年的指标值最高,2011年最差,和最优值接近度分别为0.502 6、0.449 5。结论 TOPSIS法评价医院抗菌类药物用药质量评价,结果可信度高,较为客观,对抗菌药物的管理具有积极、重要的影响。

Objective To explore the effect of technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution（TOPSIS） in evaluating the quality of antibacterial drug use in hospitals. Methods Data regarding the rational use of antibacterial drugs from Hospital of Minzu University of China from 2011 to 2015 were selected and evaluated based on year. Evaluation indexes included the average length of hospital stay, percentage of antimicrobial drug use,antimicrobial drug expense, total drug expense, percentage of antimicrobial drug expense to total drug expense, discharge cases, and average antibacterial drug expense. TOPSIS method was applied to evaluate the quality of antibacterial drug use in hospitals. Results The quality of antibacterial drug use was on the rise from 2011 to 2015, and the values of indexes was the highest in 2015 and the lowest in 2011, with the similarities to the optimal value of 0.502 6,0.449 5. Conclusion TOPSIS method is objective and of high credibility for evaluating the quality of antibacterial drug use in hospitals, which has a positive and significant influence on the management of antibacterial drugs.
