海南医学院学生同性恋认知态度调查

Investigation on cognition and attitude towards homosexuality in students of Hainan Medical University

目的了解海南医学院医学生对同性恋认知与态度的基本现状,分析医学生基于性别、生源地、学历等人口学特征的认知态度差异。方法采用宋振等研发的《同性恋认知态度调查问卷》,根据多阶段抽样方法选择海南医学院11个院系部,20个班级,共计863名医学生进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果同性恋认知平均得分(9.3±1.6)分,对同性恋态度平均得分(55.8±13.1)分,其中对女同性恋态度平均得分(26.9±6.6)分,对男同性恋态度平均得分(28.9±7.4)分,且应答者对男女同性恋态度得分差异有统计学意义(t=11.11,P<0.001)。经方差分析,发现不同生源地、社交圈、首次接触同性恋类似词汇时间等因素对同性恋的认知存在显著影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归拟合,得到不同性取向、有无同性恋朋友、同性恋者接触史等因素对女同性恋态度有显著影响,不同性别、学历、是否接触过同性恋等因素对男同性恋态度有显著影响。结论海南医学院学生对同性恋的认知和态度总体来说是健康的,但对男同性恋的态度略苛刻于女同性恋,在目前高校大学生同性恋问题日益突出的客观条件下,依然有必要给予学生正确引导,帮助其树立正确的婚恋观。

Objective To understand the basic situation of cognition and attitude towards homosexuality in the students of Hainan Medical University, and to compare the differences in cognition and attitude towards homosexuality based on demographic characteristics, including gender, family location, and educational background.Methods Using the questionnaire designed by Song Zheng, a total of 863 students from 20 classes, 11 departments were randomly selected with multistage sampling method and investigated. Results The average score of cognition towards homosexuality was（9.3±1.6）, and the average score of attitude toward homosexuality was（55.8±13.1）. The average score of attitude toward lesbian was（26.9±6.6）, and the average score of attitude toward gay was（28.9±7.4）,with statistically significant difference（t=11.11, P〈0.001）. According to one-way ANOVA, different family location,social circle, time of first contact with homosexuals have significant influence on cognition towards homosexuality（P〈0.05）. Multi-regression showed that sexual orientation, whether have homosexual friends, history of contact with homosexuals had significant influence on attitude towards lesbian, while gender, educational background, history of contact with homosexuals had significant influence on attitude towards gay. Conclusion The students＇ cognition and attitude towards homosexuality is generally healthy in Hainan Medical University, but attitude toward gay is much harsher than that toward lesbians. Given the increasing situation of homosexual problem in college students, it is still necessary to give the students right guidance and help them set up correct marriage concept.
