海口市龙华区私立幼儿园儿童蛲虫感染情况调查分析

Survey and analysis on the status of Enterobiasis infection in private kindergartens in Longhua District of Haikou City

目的了解海口市龙华区私立幼儿园儿童蛲虫感染情况,为蛲虫病在私立幼儿园的防治提供科学依据。方法按照《全国人体重要寄生虫病现状调查实施细则》方法和要求,随机抽取海口市龙华区10所私立幼儿园为调查对象,使用透明胶纸粘贴法检查儿童蛲虫感染情况,并对结果进行统计分析。结果本次调查10所私立幼儿园共1 665名儿童,感染人数为414名,感染率为24.86%。不同年龄儿童蛲虫感染率随年龄的增长而升高,感染率最高组为6岁组,最低为2岁组,各年龄组感染率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别儿童蛲虫感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同幼儿园蛲虫感染率差异较大,最高为52.83%,最低为6.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论海口市龙华区私立幼儿园儿童蛲虫感染率较高,儿童监护人员应重视蛲虫病防治工作,加强儿童生活环境的管理、提高卫生意识、改变不良的生活习惯以有效防治蛲虫病。

Objective To analyze the infection status of Enterobiasis in Longhua District of Haikou City, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of Enterobiasis in private kindergartens. Methods According to the methods and requirements of＂A National Survey on Current Status of the Important Parasitic Diseases in Human Population＂, ten private kindergartens were randomly selected as the investigation objects in Longhua District of Haikou City. The infection situation of Enterobiasis is detected by cellophane-tape impression, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results A total of 1 665 children from 10 private kindergartens were involved in the investigation. The number of infections was 414 and the infection rate was 24.86%. The infection rate was increased with the growth of the age, which was the highest in the 6-year-old group and the lowest in the 2-year-old group. The differences in the infection rate between different age groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, while the difference between different gender groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The infection rate showed statistically significant differences between different kindergartens（P〈0.05）, with the highest rate of 52.83% and lowest rate of 6.77%.Conclusion The infection rate is high in private kindergartens in Longhua District of Haikou City. The guardian should pay attention to the prevention and control of Enterobiasis, strengthen management of children＇s living environment, improve health consciousness, and change the bad living habits to effectively prevent Enterobiasis.
