基于四因素的公路网经济性评价指标研究

Economy Evaluation Indicators for Road Network Based on Four Factors

为增强公路网对社会经济发展的适应性,文章在现有公路网评价理论与方法评述的基础上,提出公路网土地成本、公路网建设成本、公路网运输成本和公路网使用率四个方面因素的经济性评价指标,以此为出发点构建出基于运输需求的"四因素"分析评价模型,以期使路网系统的总成本费用最低且路网使用效率最高,可为公路网的规划和建设提供决策依据。

To enhance the adaptability of highway network of social and economic development, based on the existing road network on the basis of evaluation theory and method, this article put forward four aspects of economic evaluation indicator, including： the highway network land costs, highway construction, highway transportation costs and road network utilization factors, and then based on the transportation demand, this paper build up analysis and evaluation model, in order to make the total cost of network system lowest and network efficiency highest. We hope this research may provide decision-making basis for highway network planning and construction.
