摘要
当前对于MOOC等学习平台用户体验的研究主要考察了可用性维度,包括效率、有效性、信息组织和布局等方面,呈现逐渐完善和深入的趋势,而对于审美、情感维度的关注较少。文章应用的方法包括以专家为主体的评估方法和用户为主体的评估方法。相比于其它学习平台,MOOC平台的用户体验研究较少且不深入,期待理论和方法上的进一步完善。文章指出,未来研究的突破点在于:MOOC平台将成为用户体验研究的热点、对MOOC等学习平台用户体验各维度全面关注、结合多种方法评估MOOC等学习平台的用户体验。
Current research of user experience on MOOC and other platforms mainly investigated usability dimensions including the aspects of efficiency, effectiveness, information organization and structure, which was perfect and penetrated gradually, but less attention has been paid to the dimensions of emotion and aesthetics. Methods used in these research were divided into two types: expert-centered methods and user-centered methods. The study of user experience on MOOC was less and not thorough enough and expected to be further improved in the aspects of theory and method. Future research could be developed in the following three aspects: making user experience study on MOOC become hot, comprehensive attention being paid to every dimensions of user experience to MOOC and other platforms, evaluating the user experience to MOOC and other platforms using a combination of several methods.
