摘要 目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在软组织创伤性病变诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析2013-09~2015-05在我院门诊就诊或住院患者创伤性软组织病变声像图特征及临床资料,以手术病理结果为金标准,评价超声在创伤性软组织病变诊断中的价值。结果对118例肿块类及5例神经病变的超声诊断与手术病理对比符合率分别为98%(116/118)与100%;对51例肌肉、肌腱、韧带撕裂,3例骨化性肌炎的超声诊断与MRI比较差异无统计学意义;对17例膝关节半月板损伤的超声诊断与MRI对比差异具有统计学意义。结论高频超声对创伤外科领域软组织病变有一定应用价值,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the application of the high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of soft tissue traumatic lesions. Methods The ultrasonographic imaging features and the clinical data of soft tissue traumatic lesions patients from September 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Taking surgical pathological results as gold standard,the value of the high-frequency ultrasonography in diagnosing soft tissue traumatic lesions was assessed. Results For 118 cases of tumors and 5cases of neuropathy,the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was 98%( 116 /118),100% For 51 cases of muscle tear,tendons tear and ligaments tear,3 cases of myositis ossificans,the diagnostic rate of ultrasound and MRI showed no statistical difference. For 17 cases of the knee joint meniscus injuries,the diagnostic rate of ultrasound and MRI showed statistical difference. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography is of certain clinical significance in evaluation of soft tissue traumatic lesions.
