双起升岸桥吊具锚定及通讯方式的改造

Improving of the Spreader Anchor and Communication System of Double- Hoist Bridge Container Crane

双起升岸桥从事单起升作业时另外一个吊具处于锚定状态。由于双起升使用条件较为严格,因此双起升岸桥大部分时间使用单起升作业,长时间处于锚定状态的起升上架部分机构老化严重,存在安全隐患。根据实际改造经验,提出一种较为简便、稳妥的锚定形式及在此过程中涉及到的通讯形式的改变,为今后的类似工作提供经验。

One of the spreaders is parked when the double- hoist bridge container crane is operating. Single hoist is used in most of the time due to the double- hoists using condition is strict,and part of the mechanism of the parked spreader are aging seriously and has a hidden safety danger. A more simple and safety form of anchor and the change of communication is proposed according to the experience of actual transformation,and provides experience for the similar work in the future.
