摘要
针对目前我公司KONE卸船机封闭翻板式流程切换装置存在的积料、堵塞、卡死难翻动等问题,设计了一种适合在小空间布置的皮带机流程切换装置——翻转料斗,实施后切实解决了上述问题,大幅缩短了生产准备时间。
In allusion to the material accumulation,blocking and stucking problem existing on the closed turnover panel type process switch device on KONE ship unloaders,this paper designs a turnover hopper which is a belt conveyor process switch device suitble for small space. The problem above is solved by using the device and the make- ready time is significantly shortened.
