摘要
为了克服原堆码工艺的不足,根据场地的实际情况、货物的特点、装卸搬运条件和技术作业的要求,对化肥堆垛工艺进行优化设计,改进了成组堆码工艺。在不改变单垛吨数及垛高的情况下,通过减少垛底面积,提高了仓容利用率和苫垫资材的周转使用率。
In order to overcome the shortage of the original stacking process,this paper researches and designs the stacking of chemical fertilizer and improves the process of group stacking according to the actual condition of site,the characteristic of goods,the condition of transportation and handling and the requirement of technical operation. It improves the use ratio of warehouse capacity and the usage ratio of the material of straw and pad by decreasing the area of stack's bottom without changing the weight and height of a single stack.
