预制箱涵吊装及工作状态数值分析

Numerical analysis of prefabricated box culvert in condition of lifting and working

采用ABAQUS有限元软件,考虑箱涵施工吊装过程及箱涵汽车移动荷载作用,建立了箱涵及路基三维有限元模型,计算并分析了箱涵施工吊装状态及箱涵工作状态下的应力,提出了箱涵吊装注意事项及箱涵结构的建议,为预制箱涵施工提供参考。

Using the finite element software ABAQUS,models of prefabricated box culvert and subgrade are built. Stresses of prefabricated box culvert are calculated and analyzed considering the lifting load in construction and the moving load in working. Some appropriate suggestions to prefabricated box culvert construction and structure are proposed. The result can provide a reference to the construction of similar projects.
