介绍了秦皇岛市排水防涝系统现状,分析了该城市排水防涝设施和管理中存在的问题,并从用地竖向控制、源头控制、行泄通道、蓄滞系统等方面入手,提出了合理的规划目标,实现了防涝安全与雨水资源的有效利用。

This paper introduced the present situation of drainage and prevent water logging system in Qinhuangdao,analyzed the existing problems in this city drainage and prevent water logging facilities and management,and from the land used vertical control,source control,drainage channel,storage hysteresis system and other aspects,put forward reasonable planning objectives,implement the effective utilization of prevent water logging safety and rainwater resources.
