简述了中国高速公路的发展历程,以云南省为例,分析了目前高速公路建设与管理中存在的问题,从加大监管力度、引入市场因素、公众参与监督等方面,提出了创新高速公路管理的对策,有利于推动高速公路的快速发展。

With an introduction of Chinese highway development history,taking Yunnan province as an example,the paper analyzes problems existing in current highway construction and management,and puts forward countermeasures of creating highway management from aspects of strengthening monitoring,introducing market factors,public participation and monitoring and so on,which will be good for promoting fast highway development.
