摘要
目的:观察翻白草提取物对链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠高糖血症的作用及机制。方法:用链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠高糖血症后,随机分为模型组、翻白草提取物高、中、低剂量给药组、格列本脲药物对照组和正常对照组。给药一周后,测定血糖、ROS、GSH、GSSG和NADP+/NADPH值。结果:经翻白草提取物作用1周后,大鼠血糖和血浆中ROS、GSH等指标均显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:翻白草提取物对糖尿病大鼠具有保护作用,其作用机制与改变糖尿病大鼠体内自身的抗氧化能力,发挥抗氧化应激作用有关。
Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effects of extract of potentilla discolor bunge on experimental diabetes in rats induced by STZ. Methods: Hyperglycemia rats model was induced by STZ, and randomly divided into model group, PDB extract high, medium and low dose group, Glibenclamide group and normal control group. Administrated with a week, plasma glucose, ROS,GSH, GSSG and NADP+/NADPH ratio were detected. Results: Blood glucose and plasma in rats ROS, GSH were significantly decrease with the PDB extract for a week(P〈0.05). Conclusion: the PDB extract has a protective effect on diabetic rats induced by STZ, the mechanism was related to the change of diabetic rats of the antioxidant capacity and oxidative stress
