摘要
分析了冷链物流装备技术现状,开发了一套冷藏集装箱内部微环境检测与控制系统,给出了系统结构和微环境参数(包括温度、湿度、通风量和气压)的控制方法,介绍了系统的软硬件设计,并对系统参数的控制策略作了深入分析和实验测试。实验结果表明,该系统适用于水果蔬菜类农产品的远程保鲜运输,具有重要的应用价值。
An internal environment detection and control system of reefer container is developed after analyzing the current situation of cold chain logistics equipment technology. The control method of the system structure and micro environmental parameters including temperature, humidity, air volume and pressure are presented, the software and hardware design are introduced, and the deep analysis and experimental measurement for the control strategy of the system parameters are carried out. The experiment results indicate that the system is suitable for the remote preservation transportation for agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables, and it has application value.
