摘要
为了解决车辆段段址地块不规整、占地及房屋面积不足等不利因素,同时为了提高车辆段检修工艺水平及效率,在分析西宁客车车辆段检修工艺流程、检修规模的基础上,对客车段总平面布置、检修工艺设计、起重机设备选型进行优化设计。通过采用合并功能房屋、设计组合修车库、选用欧标起重机等措施来消除相关不利因素,提高车辆段的检修工艺水平,降低车辆段能耗。
In order to solve such unfavorable factors as irregular and small occupied area of the depot and to improve repair process level and efficiency, the design is optimized with respect to general plane layout, repair process and lifting facilities based on the analysis of repair process and scale. Functional houses are combined, integrated repair workshop is designed and lifting devices of European standard are employed to improve repair process level and cut down power consumption.
