摘要 建筑业节能建筑、绿色建筑正在兴起,但由于成本相对较高,导致节能材料的应用并不普遍。根据价值工程理论,对现有的住宅建筑围护结构的节能材料进行价值分析,在外墙外保温系统材料和外门窗材料的多种方案中,优选出符合哈尔滨市地理气候特点的节能方案。优选出的方案在保证功能性的前提下提升使用价值,降低建造成本。 Nowadays, the construction industry is developing energy-saving building, however, its relatively high cost has caused the uncommon application of energy-saving materials. According to the theory of value engineering, this paper proposes a value analysis of current energy-saving materials of the envelop enclosure of residential buildings, in order to select the energy-saving solution which conforms with the geographical and climatic characteristics in Harbin among various schemes of the material of the exterior wall insulation system and external doors and windows. The optimum scheme is to promote the use value and reduce the building cost on the premise of guaranteed functionality. Also, It will provide reference for the construction and development of Harbin, in order to realize the sustainable development of construction industry.
