国防高等院校创新人才培育支撑系统研究

Cultivating innovative talents support system of national defense university

根据国防高等院校在国家创新体系中的地位和作用,构建国防高等院校创新人才培育支撑系统,包括人才培育理念、人才创新能力培养体系、人才培育教学内容与教学方法改革三部分,并对其进行深入分析,通过国防高等院校创新人才培育支撑系统运行,实现国防高等院校创新人才培育数量和质量的提升,为国防安全和国民经济建设提供人才支撑。

According to the position and role of national defense universities in the national innovation system, this paper proposes a support system of national defense university cultivating innovative talents, including three parts, talents training philosophy, talents innovation capability training system, talents training course content and teaching-reforming methods which are analyzed deeply. Through running the national defense university cultivating innovative talents support system, the national defense universities can increase the number and quality of innovative talents and provide talents support for national defense security and national economic construction.
