摘要
面对国家高等教育发展战略调整,专业型硕士的招生数量首次超过研究型硕士的新局面,应用型高级人才的工程意识培养成为人才培养工作中的重中之重。为了全面提高测绘工程专业本科人才的工程意识,文中提出富工程意识,详细阐述其内涵和培养途径,并基于"巧实力"理论构建"巧实力"富工程意识体系,该体系有6个实力模块组成,为实现工程意识本科全过程培养提供了理论依据。
In face of the strategic adjustment of the national higer edmcational development, for the first time, the number of professional masters has surpassed that of masters by research. Thus the engineering consciousness cultivation of high level talents has become the focus. In order to improve the engineering consciousness of surveying and mapping engineering specialty, this paper puts forward the concept of rich engineering consciousness, expounds the connotation and training methods, and constructs a rich engineering consciousness system a based on smart power. This system is composed of six modules, for which the engineering consciousness cultivation can provide a theoretical basis.
