摘要
食品安全是民众最为关心的民生和社会问题。食品安全与否直接影响到民众的生命和健康,食品行业承担社会责任显得尤其重要。食品企业伦理道德意识缺失以及法治监管不健全是导致我国食品安全危机的主要原因。要重新构建食品行业的社会责任体系,需要把依法治国与以德治国结合起来,在全社会形成诚信守法的良好环境。
Food safety is people's most concerned livelihood and social issue. Whether the food is safe or not directly affects people's life and health, so it is particularly important for food industry to take social respon-sibilities. The lack of ethical consciousness in the food enterprise and the inadequacy of legal supervision are the main reasons for the food safety crisis in China. In order to reconstruct the social responsibility sys-tem in food industry, we need to combine the rule of law with the rule of virtue, creating a credit and law-abiding environment.
