摘要
在我国经济发展进入新常态的趋势下,中小型民营企业转型升级健康发展面临着许多困难和瓶颈,其中企业中人才流失的问题已成为制约企业健康发展的重要难题之一。人才的流失使本就寿命短,抗风险能力弱的中小型民营企业更加举步维艰。从企业管理模式、人才培养体系和企业文化建设等方面分析了应对中小民营企业人才流失问题的对策。
In the trend of China's economic development into the new normal, healthy development of the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized private enterprises is faced with many difficulties and bottlenecks, among which enterprise talent drain has become one of the important problems, which re-stricts the healthy development of enterprises. Talent drain makes these short-lived, weak anti-risk ca-pacity small and medium private enterprises more difficult. This paper will analyze how to deal with talent drain problem of small and medium-sized private enterprises from several aspects such as the enterprise management mode, the personnel training system and enterprise culture construction, etc.
