合作农业推广中组织邻近性对合作绩效的影响

Relationship between Organizational Proximity and Cooperative Performances in Cooperative Agricultural Extension

以6省份72项合作农业推广项目为样本,通过建立回归模型,并引入项目复杂性作为调节变量,实证分析了组织邻近性对农业推广合作绩效的影响机制。研究结果显示:推广项目复杂性显著负向影响合作绩效,组织邻近性则显著正向影响合作绩效,且项目复杂性在组织邻近性与合作绩效之间起到正向调节作用。

Based on the survey data of 72 cooperative agricultural extension projects in six provinces, this article appraises whether project complexity plays a role in moderating the relationship between organiza- tional proximity and cooperative performances using Factor Analysis Method. The results show that the project complexity has significant negative effects on the cooperative performances, the organizational proximity has significant positive effects on the cooperative performances and the project complexity posi- tively moderates the relationship between organizational proximity and cooperative performances.
