摘要
针对目前煮糖结晶模型的局限性,通过分析煮糖结晶过程,选定合适的变量,采用多元回归分析的方法,建立煮糖结晶模型;经过仿真检验模型能很好的符合实际情况,可以做为控制算法中的数学模型。
The boiling sugar crystallization process is the most important program in the sugar industry, and the key is to control the process of sugar over-saturation, Aiming at the current limitations of crystallization model, analyzing crystallization process, and select the appropriate variables, using multiple regression analysis, the establishment of crystallization model. The simulation model can be a good test of the actual situation. The control algorithm can be used as a mathematical model.
