摘要
以LabWindows/CVI 2013为上位机软件开发平台,采用单片机AT89S51作为控制核心,通过单片集成两端感温传感器AD590对温度进行采集,由ADC0809实现模拟信号的数字化。经过RS 232C串行通信,在用户界面控件面板上由4个Command Button类型的控件分别实现控制采样、停止采样、清除数据和退出,并实时显示温度波形、最大值和最小值。采取隔离屏蔽等措施,增强了温度实时采集系统的实用性、可靠性。
To develop the advantages of measurement and control professional tool,the Lab Windows/CVI 2013 is taken as the software development platform of the upper computer,MCU AT89S51 is adopted as the control core,the temperature sensor AD590 is used to acquire the temperature,and the digitization of analog signal is realized with ADC0809. Through RS 232 C serial communication,the functions of sampling control,sampling stop,data clear and exit are respectively implemented with four types of Command Button in the control panel of the user interface,and the temperature waveform,maximum and minimum are displayed in real-time. The practicability and reliability of the temperature real-time acquisition system are enhanced by means of isolation and shield.
