大庆油田深度水处理工艺运行分析

摘要 以大庆油田某水厂深度处理改造后的运行状况为基础,结合蓝藻高发时期水质特点,通过采样检测和数据汇总,分析了污染物去除效果,研究了常规工艺、臭氧-生物活性炭以及超滤工艺的运行条件及对出水水质的影响。原有常规工艺无法满足出水水质要求,通过采用O3-BAC-UF联用的深度处理技术,在特殊时期水厂超滤膜出水未见异常,出厂水浊度仍可稳定在0.5 NTU以下,CODMn可稳定在3 mg/L以下,深度处理后出水中蓝藻未检出,满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)要求。该研究可对其他采用高藻、微污染水源作为原水的水厂提供参考和借鉴经验。 Based on the operation condition after renovation of advanced water treatment in one waterworks of Daqing Oilfield,combining with the water quality features in high blue algae period and after sample detection and data summary,the removal effect of pollutants were analyzed,operation condition of conventional process,ozone-biological activated carbon,ultrafiltration and influence on outflow quality were discussed. The original conventional process could not meet the requirement of outflow quality,using the combination process of O3-BAC-UF,the outflow from UF membrane was normal in the special period. Turbidity of treated water was below 0. 5 NTU and CODMnwas less than 3mg / L,there was no blue algae detected in outflow after advanced treatment, it could meet the requirement of Standards for Drinking Water Quality( GB 5749- 2006). It could provide reference and experience for waterworks using high algae and micro-polluted raw water.
