Improving the Efficiency of the Management of Students in Colleges——An analysis Based on 80:20 Rule

面对社会转型期的多元文化背景,有效提升高校学生管理工作效率,需要以开放的视野、更新的理念,着眼当代大学生世界观、人生观、价值观的引导和养成,在学生管理工作的模式创新、方法创新方面积极探索.笔者基于帕累托法则的分析,提出了构建学生管理工作中的激励约束机制,提升高校学生管理工作效率,实现育人目标的有效途径.

According to the multicultural background of the social transition period, the key point to find the methods to improve the efficiency of college students management is that we need to open the vision, with updated concept to guide and develop the world outlook, outlook on life and values of contemporary college students, and make an active explore in aspects of the model and method of student management. This paper is based on the analysis of the Pareto rule; we put forward the incentive and restraint mechanism in the management of students to improve the efficiency of the management of students in Colleges and to realize the effective way to achieve the goal of education.
