The 3rd Asia Cultural Forum Focuses on ＂Belt and Road＂ InitiativeOn Nov 9, 2015, as part of the events at the 14th Asia Arts Festival, the 3rd Asia Cultural Forum was held in Quanzbou, Fujian Province. This twoday forum focuses on ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative.
