摘要
以社会学的角色定位理论为基础,从政治素质、社会活动和决策能力3个方面对科技期刊主编的角色定位进行了全面论述,对科技期刊主编应具备的素质进行了分析、归纳。
Based on the theory of sociological role positioning,this paper probes into the role orientation of the chief editors of sci- tech journals from three aspects,i. e.,the political accomplishment,social activity and decision-making capability. The comprehensive qualities required for chief editors of sci- tech journals are also analyzed and summarized.
