叶绿素在强电场激励下UV光谱变化的研究

摘要 以黄杨树叶的叶绿素为研究对象,通过强电场的激励,研究电场频率和电场强度两个作用量对其紫外可见吸收光谱的影响,并分析强电场激励对叶绿素构象变化.结果表明,强电场激励对叶绿素的吸光度具有抑制作用,未激励的叶绿素与电压激励的最大吸光度差值为0.25185,未激励的叶绿素与频率激励的最大吸光度差值为0.16648;电场频率激励导致叶绿素光谱的减幅在1.9%~5.3%之间,电场强度激励叶绿素导致其光谱的减幅在5.6%~7.9%之间,并且对叶绿体中心离子谱带的影响较为明显;紫外光谱吸收峰的位置随电场强度的变化主要向红波方向移动,最大移动4nm,两个作用量中,电场强度的作用更加明显.电场激励使得叶绿素分子间的结构变得更加紧密. The boxwood leaves chlorophyll as the research object,through the incentive effect of strong electric field,frequency of electric field and electric field strength of two action visible on the UV absorption spectra of the strong electric field,and analyzes the incentive effects on chlorophyll a conformational change.The research results show that,the strong electric field excitation of chlorophyll was inhibited,the maximum absorbance difference chlorophyll and excitation voltage without motivation is 0.25185,the maximum absorbance difference chlorophyll and frequency excitation without motivation is 0.16648;the frequency of electric field excitation spectra of chlorophyll resulting reduction in 1.9%~5.3%,the electric field intensity due to the reduction of chlorophyll excitation spectrum in 5.6%~7.9%,and the chloroplast center ion spectrum with the more obvious effects;UV absorption peak position changes with the electric field strength of the main to the wave direction,the maximum moving distance is 4nm;two action,the electric field intensity of the role more obvious.Electric field excitation structure of the chlorophyll molecules become more closely.
