德州市慢性病管理与防控现况调查与分析

Evaluation of the Status of Management and Control of Chronic Diseases in Dezhou City

目的:了解国家基本公共卫生服务项目实施以来德州地区慢性病管理与防控现状.方法:按照《国家基本公共卫生服务规范(2011年版)》要求,对德州市137所乡镇卫生院及22所社区卫生服务中心截止到2013年底慢性病管理及健康教育开展情况进行统计分析.结果:德州居民4种常见慢性病高血压、Ⅱ型糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中患病率分别为12.82%、2.14%、1.54%、0.93%,对高血压患者、Ⅱ型糖尿病患者管理率分别为58.07%、62.26%.结论:国家基本公共卫生服务项目得到各级政府的高度重视,组织机构健全,"以社区为基础,以人群为目标"的慢性病防控体系已初步建成.慢性病防控任务艰巨,任重道远.

Objective：To understand the status quo of management and control of chronic diseases in Dezhou City since the implementation of national basic public health service projects.Method：According to National Basic Public Health Services Specification（Version 2011）,the data from 137 township hospitals and 22 community health centers in Dezhou by the end of 2013 were statistically analyzed.Results：The prevalence of 4 common chronic diseases,namely hypertension,type II diabetes,coronary heart disease and brain stroke,were 12.82%、2.14%、1.54%、0.93% respectively.The management rate for hypertension patients was 58.07% and 62.26%for type 2 diabetes patients.Conclusion：Under the high attention of the government at all levels,a community-based and population-targeted control system for chronic diseases was initially formed.However,the control of chronic disease continues to face arduous tasks.
