完善大学生创业教育培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice to Cultivate College Students' Entrepreneurship Education

通过对山东农业大学创新创业实践活动的调查,分析了大学生创新创业实践活动存在的问题:管理体制不顺、课程体系有待系统化和师资水平有待提高等。提出了改进创新创业工作的具体措施:改革教学方法,营造良好的社会氛围,确立了以专业、项目、机制和平台驱动为核心的工作模式。实践证明这些措施有效地提高了大学生的创新创业的主观能动性和积极性。

Through the survey of Shandong agricultural university innovation entrepreneurship practice, It is analyzed that the problem are existing in the college student＇innovative undertaking activies ：management system,curriculum system needs to be systematic and teaching level needs to improve,etc. Some specific measures are put forward to improve the work of innovative undertaking：reform teaching method,create a good social atmosphere,establish the professional,project,mechanism and platform power as the core of the work mode. Practice has proved these measures to effectively improve the student＇innovative undertaking of subjectve initiative and enthusiasm.
