填料箱变径处的裂纹检测技术

摘要 填料箱是阀门重要的密封部件,在填料箱的变径处常有裂纹出现。利用超声波检测时,对变径处的裂纹信号难以判断,显示的裂纹信号易与结构信号混淆,导致漏检。通过磁粉检测方法,从侧面验证了裂纹的存在。对于浅表面的裂纹,可通过机加工去除,避免了不必要的零件报废,在提高产品质量的同时,降低了生产成本。 Stuffing box is important to seal part. The article describes the main difficulties in the valve of stuffing box for ultrasonic testing. Due to the stuffing box when doing ultrasonic testing in the end face for convex parts which the surface crack is difficult to judge, it is easy to confuse the operator lead to undetected; by magnetic particle testing demonstrates the reality and the use of K2 oblique probe in surface to detect the depth of the crack. For the shallow surface crack can be machined off. At the same time to improve the quality of reducing production cost and improve production efficiency.
