我国医药产业技术创新与基础研究关系的专利计量分析 被引量:7

摘要 本文采用非专利引文(Non-patent references,NPRs)分析方法,从多个角度对我国医药产业技术创新与基础研究的关系进行了探讨,对我国政府制定相关的科技发展政策具有重要参考意义。研究表明,我国医药产业的技术创新对基础研究有着较强的依赖性,且这种依赖正不断增强;基础研究是推动我国医药产业发展的重要力量,对该产业的技术创新具有积极的促进作用。然而,我国医药产业发展所依赖的科学研究成果大部分来自国外,突出反映了我国在基础研究方面仍存在重视不够、投入不足、资源配置不合理等一系列问题。 The article made use of non-patent references( NPRs) analysis method to study the relationship between technological innovation and basic research from several perspectives. It's important for our government to draw up the relevant scientific and technological development policies. Studies had shown that technological innovation of the pharmaceutical industry had a strong dependence on basic research,and this dependence is growing. Basic research is an important force to promote the development of China's pharmaceutical industry and has a positive role in promoting technological innovation of the industry. However,scientific research knowledge depended China's pharmaceutical industry mainly from abroad,it highlighted that there were still insufficient attention and investment,irrational allocation of resources and so on in Chinese basic research.
