基于SNA的中国HIV领域专利申请人合作与竞争情况分析

Research About the Cooperation and Competition of Patent Proposer based on China's HIV Field

HIV是人类公共健康比较关注的疾病,随着艾滋病患者的增加,我国对HIV疾病的治疗的药物重视程度日益突出。本文通过社会网络分析法对该领域专利申请人的合作和竞争情况进行统计分析,结果表明:与国外申请网络相比较,国内申请合作网络规模比较小,合作申请人类型比较单一;国内专利申请主体以高校和科研单位为主,企业专利申请比较少,且有效发明专利少,市场竞争力不足,与国外企业有很大的差距。针对我国专利申请状况,本文给出相应的建议。

HIV is one of bigger concerns for human public health. The medicines for HIV have become increasingly prominent along with the increases of AIDS patients in China. In this article,the cooperation and competition of patent proposer in the field was statistically analyzed by social net analytical method. These results have been shown： firstly,compared with foreign applying for network,the domestic collaborative network had small scale and sole type patent proposer;secondly,the subject of domestic patent application is mainly universities and research institutes,but business of patent application and validity of patent were few,so that the patent was in the lack of the market competition ability. Therefore,the domestic patent of business is far from that of the foreign. In this situation,this article gave corresponding suggestions.
