摘要
通过对39所"985"高校图书馆OA资源服务情况调查分析,确定其为DRAA(Digital Resource Acquisition Alliance)成员馆,根据教育部的高校学科排名,选择20个学科进行成员馆任务分配。依据运筹学中整数规划的指派原则,建立特殊的数学规划模型,运用Lingo软件编程计算。给出学科指派的最优解,使得每一个学科都有最适合的高校图书馆负责并找到最佳合作伙伴。从而提高OA资源服务水平,避免分工不合理,给DRAA决策者在任务分配中提供科学参考依据。
39 "Project 985"university libraries are determined to be DRAA( Digital Resources Acquisition Alliance) members through the survey of service on open access resources. According to university discipline ranks of the Ministry of Education of the people's of China,it chose 20 subjects as samples to carry out the task allocation. Assigned on the principles of operations research in integer programming,having establish a special mathematical programming model and calculating the optimal assignment of subjects with Lingo. To be sure,each discipline corresponds a most suitable university library as head,and then find the best cooperation university libraries. It focused on improving service levels on open access resources and provide scientific reference for DRAA policy makers in the work assignments.
