摘要
[目的]探究内初班学生觉察压力与应对方式的现状及其二者之间的关系,为内初班学生的心理健康教育提供理论和实践指导。[方法]采用觉察压力量表和中学生应对方式量表对石河子市400名内初班少数民族学生进行整群抽样调查。[结果]1.不同性别、不同年级的内初班少数民族学生的觉察压力均存在差异,女生的觉察压力水平明显高于男生,高年级的学生的觉察压力水平高于低年级。2.内初班少数民族学生在面对问题时更多地采用问题指向性的应对方式,不同年级之间在应对方式上也存在着差异。3.控制感和超载感对问题指向性的应对方式为负向预测,预测感对问题指向性的应对方式为正向预测;控制感对情绪指向性的应对方式有正向预测作用,超载感对情绪指向性的应对方式有负向预测作用。
[Objective] To explore the present situation both of the Perceived stress and Coping style and the relationship between them of the district Junior School classes Ethnic minorities Students, put forward the theory and practice guidance to improve the students’ psychological health education. [Methods] A total of 400 ethnic students from the district Junior School classes were investigated through sampling about Perceived stress and Coping style.[Results] 1.Significant difference exists between boys and girls, with the former’ levels of perceived stress higher than the latter and the significant difference also exists among grades. What’s more, senior students feel pressure level is higher than the lower grades.2.Ethnic minorities Students from the district Junior School classes use of problem-directed coping styles more than feeling-directed coping styles.The difference cope styles also exist different grades. 3.Control and Overload can negatively predicate problem-directed coping style while Forecasts can positively predicate the problem-directed coping style, and also, Control can positively predicate the feeling-directed coping style, but Overload can negatively predicate the feeling-directed coping style.
