基于模糊综合评价的汉中旅游满意度评价研究

Research on Hanzhong Tourism Satisfaction Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model

汉中作为陕南著名的旅游城市,旅游业的发展在促进当地经济增长方面有着举足轻重的作用,相应的旅游满意度研究也逐步得到关注。本文在采用模糊综合评价模型的基础上,利用李克特量表设计调查问卷,对汉中游客满意度情况进行研究。得出以下结论:1汉中市旅游发展整体水平较高,游客基本满意;2景区内外部管理机制混乱,饮食文化及旅游文化特色不鲜明;3旅游娱乐性较差,未能形成体验式旅游;4部分景区宣传力度不够,安全防范措施实施及应急处理能力亟待提高。以上问题期望能够对当地政府部门或者旅游决策部门制定相关政策提供现实依据和帮助,进而促进当地旅游业的发展。

As a famous tourism city, the development of the tourism industry in Hanzhong has played an important role in promoting the local economic growth, and the research on tourism satisfaction also gradually gets more attention. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the author did some research on Hanzhong tourism satisfaction with Likert scale questionnaire, and drew following four conclusions： First, the tourism development of Hanzhong is in a high level, tourists are satisfied with tourism; Second, the management of the scenic area is confused, the diet culture and tourism culture characteristic is not notable; Third, the tourism entertainment products are too single, and it has not yet formed the experiential tourism; Finally, parts of the scenic spots are lack of propaganda and security1 measures,the emergency handling ability needs to improve. The above problems are expected to be able to provide the realistic basis and help for the local government or the decision-making departments of tourism policy,and then promote the development of local tourism.
