Human Capital Distribution, Energy Resource Constraints and Regional Economic Development

以1990-2012年我国29个省际面板数据为对象,建立线性和非线性的经济增长计量模型,运用二阶段最小二乘估计回归方法,考察省际区域能源资源消耗量、人力资本平均存量、人力资本的分布对区域经济发展的影响,并提出可行性建议。

This paper takes the panel data of 29 provinces of China in 1990-2012 as the object to establish the linear and nonlinear measurement model of economic growth. It uses two-stage least squares estimation regression method to investigate provincial regional energy resources consumption, the average distribution of the human capital, the influence of distribution of human capital on regional economic development, and puts forward feasible suggestions.
