摘要
高空拼装大跨度钢构椼架是目前技术难度较大的钢构施工项目。本文结合普通椼架拼装经验,针对火车站站房椼架施工要求,特别采用了格构柱式椼架结构,减少了一部分钢材用量和材料成本,解决了以往散件拼装成本高、工期进度及施工安全没有保障的问题,取得了不错的经济效益。
At present, high-altitude assembly technology of large-span steel pipe truss is one of the steel structure construction projects with high difficulty. Combined with the assembly experience of common truss, aimed at the construction requirements of truss construction of the railway station building, the built-up column truss is used to reduce steel consumption and the materials cost. It solves the problems of the high cost of parts and components assembly, project progress and construction safety without guaranteed, and gets good economic benefits.
