多元文化教育对高校大学生成长的冲击性研究

Study of the Impact of Multicultural Education on College Students′ Growth

高校大学生仅有本土文化知识结构在当今多元文化教育发展环境进程中是受限的。以目前高校工科类的学生作为多元文化教育抽样分析的研究对象,结果发现多元化教育对大学生冲击主要表现在语言障碍上,提出开设多元文化教育课程、民族文化的重视等应对策略来缓解多元文化带给工科学生的冲击。

College students will meet restriction if they only have local culture knowledge structure in today＇s multicultural education environment development process. Taking the engineering students in colleges and universities as the research object of multicultural education sampling analysis, the results found that the impact of diversified education to college students is mainly manifested in the language barrier. Countermeasures including opening multicultural education courses and valuing national cultural are proposed to relieve the impact of multiculture on the engineering students.
