计算期不同的互斥方案比选——最小公倍数法与研究期法优劣对比 被引量:1

摘要 土木工程项目通常都伴随着巨大投资,考虑到资金的有限性和最大利用率,因而,其决策过程就显得尤为重要。方案经济比选是工程项目经济评价的重要内容。在对计算期不同的互斥方案进行比选中,应用净现值法进行方案比选时,最小公倍数法与研究期法是进行经济评价时常用的两个方法。最小公倍数法与研究期法都考虑了时间的可比性,使其在相同的计算期下进行比较,二者在应用时存在着内在一致性,又存在着差异性。运用所学知识来论证两个常用处理方法的优劣。 Civil engineering projects are usually companied with a large number of investment. Take finiteness and maximum utilization of fund into consideration, it is dramatically important to make a strategic decision, The plan comparison and selection of economic is the key part in economic evaluation of project. Method of least common multiple and method of investigate phase are usually used in comparison and selection between mutually exclusive alternatives to get economic evaluation. Method of least common multiple and method of investigate phase all take comparability of time into account to compare projects in the same given period. There are inherent similarities and differences between Method of least common multiple and method of investigate phase. This paper aim to argue the advantage and disadvantage with knowledge what we have learned.
