摘要
教师教学质量模型是一个能够充分体现和揭示高等教育工作要求和大学教师在工作行为和工作结果之间内在规律,体现并确保高等教育长远发展目标实现的模型。本文构建了一套双师型教师质量考评模型,利用灰色聚类法结合一个实际案例进行了验证分析。研究结果表明:该方法简单、适用性较好,对实际应用中的教学质量考评具有良好的指导意义。
Model of teacher's teaching quality evaluation is a model that can fully reflect and reveal the inherent law between the work requirements of higher education and university teachers in the work behavior and work results, and to ensure the long-term development of higher education. In this paper, a set of two teacher quality evaluation model is Constructed, and a practical example is analyzed. Research results show that the method is simple and applicable.
