摘要
电网营销各专业在实际操作过程中存在一些应急性的维修维护事宜,如营销设备设施涉及安全隐患及遇到重大灾害天气等。这些情况需要马上处理且无法在年度计划中预计。为此,本文建立了应急项目费用测算模型,并通过对多地历史数据深入分析,对模型系数进行测算,以便未来年度营销维修维护项目总资金中可以定量考虑这些无法预计的人工和材料,使得应急性的维修维护事宜能够及时处理,提高服务质量。
There are some emergency maintenance matters in every professional field of power grid marketing projects, such as marketing equipments and facilities related to safety hazards and the major disaster weather, etc. These circumstances need to be dealt with immediately and can not be expected in the annual plan. For this purpose, this paper establishes the model of emergency cost estimation and analyzes the model coefficient by using historical data in many places. By this way, we can consider the artificial and materials in total funds of annual marketing maintenance project so that emergency maintenance matters can be handled in a timely manner and service quality can be improved.
