摘要
混凝土在建筑上应用较为普遍,是工程建设主体的主要建筑材料。由于混凝土自身独具的特点,温度对其影响较大。当外界温度在零度以下时,如果混凝土未到达临界抗冻强度,混凝土就容易发生冻伤,这样就会对混凝土质量造成严重的影响。保证混凝土冬季施工质量的关键是确保早期混凝土不受冻融破坏。混凝土冬季低温时段施工时若措施不当,会造成冻融破坏,降低混凝土强度,影响混凝土质量。本文主要针对在建筑工程中,冬季施工的基本要求,在混凝土的原材料的选用上拌制等方面上采用的蓄热养护法,并对混凝土施工中混凝土质量控制进行了讨论。
Concrete is widely used in construction. It is the main construction material of engineering construction main body. Due to the unique features of concrete, it is largely affected by temperature. When the ambient temperature is below zero, concrete is prone to frostbite if it doesn't reach the critical intensity of antifreeze. This will seriously affect the quality of the concrete. The key to ensure concrete construction in winter is to ensure that the early concrete is free from freeze-thaw damage. In concrete construction in winter at low temperature, if the construction measures are improper, it will cause freeze-thaw damage and reduce the strength of the concrete. In view of the basic requirements of building construction in winter, this paper adopts heat curing method in concrete raw material selection and mixing and discusses quality control measures for concrete construction.
