摘要
沥青路面就地热再生技术,英文简称(HIR),是指利用沥青路面热再生重铺机组对旧沥青路面进行就地加热、翻松、复拌、摊铺、整平,并掺入一定比例的新骨料、新沥青、再生剂等一次成型新路面,沥青路面就地热再生可100%利用旧路面沥青混合料,这种技术经济价值、环境价值、技术价值非常优越,目前国内公路上应用较为普遍,城市道路应用还比较少,本文将结合秦皇岛城市内一条主干道沥青路面就地热再生实例应用情况,对此技术的方案总体设计、工艺流程、配合比设计、质量控制进行了详细的介绍。
The hot-in-place recycling of asphalt pavement refers to HIR. It means using the hot-in-place recycling to carry out the heating, scarifying, remixing, paving, levehng of the old asphalt pavement. And a certain proportion of the new aggregate, new asphalt and regeneration are incorporated to produce a new pavement. The hot-in-place recycling of asphalt pavement can use the mixture of old road asphalt for 100%. This technology has good economic value, environmental value and technology value. At present, the application of it in the domestic highway is more common, but the application of it in urban road is still relatively less. In this paper, the application of hot-in- place recycling of a main road in Qinhuangdao is used to introduce the overall design, process mix proportion design and the quality control of this technology.
