协同创新创业人才培养体系的研究

在我国教育事业不断发展的过程中,人才的多样化培养逐渐成为当前我国社会发展建设中的一项重要内容。在高等教育开展过程中,校企协同的培养方式是当前高等教育中的一个模式,同时也是培养高素质、复合型、实用型专业人才的重要保障。针对于新时期人才培养工作的具体需求,校企协同的模式需要进一步的创新和发展。本文就对于校企协同创新创业人才培养体系构建的相关问题进行了分析和探讨。

In the continuous development process of China＇s education, the diversified talent training gradually becomes an important content of the construction of the current social development in China. In the higher education development process, the cultivation of school-enterprise synergism is a kind of current higher education mode. At the same time, it is also the important safeguard to cultivate high-quality, complex and practical professional talents. Aimed at the specific requirements of the personnel training work in the new period, the school-enterprise synergism mode need further innovation and development. This paper analyzes and discusses the related problems of constructing the innovational and enterprising talents system by school-enterprise synergism.
